Sabine Canditt holds a master degree in electrical engineering. She has 20 years of experience in hardware, system and software engineering and consulting. From 2003 to 2011, she worked for the central Siemens process consulting group, from 2011 for the Agile Center at Allianz Deutschland AG. She helps business groups, teams, and individuals as an agile consultant, trainer, coach to cope with typical challenges encountered in big companies like:

- big and dispersed teams
- organizational transition and change
- embedding Scrum and agility into a (still) non-agile world

Her mission is light people with joyful work experience.
