He has successfully driven Scrum and enterprise agility practices such as Agile and Lean Requirements Information Model (epics, features, stories) as well as Agile Release Train to a mobile SW organization of more than 3000 people and  started leading another agile transition of same size in a new mobile devices unit June 1, 2009.
