Joe Alvarado is a PMP, CSM/CSP, and has been guiding Agile implementations for the past 7 years.  Joe has been providing Solutions and Delivery expertise for several Fortune 100 companies with emphasis on insurance and service industries; and U.S Navy.  Joe has a background of over 28 years experience leading product development projects in adaptive and predictive planning approaches.  He has led the development of Information Technology (IT) solutions, electronic and electro-mechanical designs, and business management with key emphasis on infrastructure and technology management, telecommunications, change management, and program/project management.
